We are looking for HR Executive who will be responsible for managing all HR functions.
Experience: Fresher’s to 1+ years.
Responsibilities and Duties
Must have good communication and interpretation skills.
Take care of day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Must coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews (searching Resumes, Short listing & evaluating the Candidates).
Coordinating attendance of employees preparing payslips and salary sheets.
Qualification: Master Degree (MBA,MSW,etc)
