1. HR Executive - Male candidate (0- 1 Year can apply)
Qualification : MBA / MSW HR
Role & responsibilities,Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approval
Searching and sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and other sources.
Reviewing resumes and applications and conducting pre-screening interviews to assess the candidates suitability for the job.
Conducting HR-round interviews with candidates and assessing their skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role.
Managing and handling the orientation of new employees
Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees
Maintaining the employees data
Execution of employees performance review procedure
Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation
Handling employee queries and promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records using HR information systems to manage employee data.
Preferred candidate profile
Must have proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent.
Having familiarity with the human resource software and applicant tracking system.
Experienced with recruiting and its full cycle.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team.
