Designation - HR Executive
Location - Indore
Experience — Min. 1 year..*Responsibilities:*
Design compensation and benefits packages
Implement performance review procedures (e.g.
Weekly/MonthIy/Quarterly/Annual and 360°
evaluations)
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees
understand and comply with them
Implement effective sourcing, screening and
interviewing techniques..E Assess training needs and coordinate learning and
development initiatives for all employees
Monitor HR department's budget
Manage employees' grievances
Create and run referral bonus programs
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Internal Recruitment and ensuring all branches have
adequate manpower..Managing employee life cycle
Managing Admin related tasks
Managing Salary / Attendance / Leave etc
Training Support to all associates.
Vendor/ Associate/ Partner payouts..Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or
similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management
Systems.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Excellent communication skills
MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant
field
