* Responsible for recruitment, joining, and onboarding
* Ensure Statutory compliance Submission of periodic returns
* Timely resolution of all employee-related queries
* Act as a one-point contact for all HRMS related activities and queries
* Maintain records pertaining to personnel files, payroll, attendance, etc. of all the
employees within the assigned area/ region
* Manage Attendance and Attrition Ratio
* Responsible to conduct refresher training
* Conduct exit interviews and drive the employee exit process and related tasks
* Drive the rewards and retention programs as well as the monthly HR events and activities
