Requirements:
Qualification:
BBA/B. com or MBA (Freshers)
Experience:
1-2 years in HR Operations / HR Coordination / HR Administration.
Proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. good working knowledge: filters, formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.).
Comfortable using other Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
Experience with employee database / HRIS systems.
Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
