Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
* Candidate screening, interview coordination & follow-ups
* Employee onboarding and joining formalities
* Attendance, employee queries & HR operations
* Client coordination and daily operational activities
* MIS/reporting and recruitment tracker management
* Employee grievance handling and issue resolution
Candidate Profile:
* Graduate preferred
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Strong follow-up & recruitment skills
* Good knowledge of MS Excel/MIS
* Staffing/contract staffing experience preferred
* Willing to work from Lonikand, Pune
