Job Summary:
The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently and courteously. This position serves as the face of the hotel and ensures a welcoming and pleasant guest experience from arrival to departure.Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly and accurately.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Reservations & Billing:
Manage room reservations via phone, email, or in-person.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room assignments.
Process guest bills, payments, and refunds as needed.
Communication & Coordination:
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.
Communicate guest requests or special requirements to relevant departments.
Maintain proper handover information between shifts.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain guest registration forms and records.
Update the hotel management system with accurate data.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails courteously.
Compliance & Standards:
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Uphold the hotel’s brand image and service quality standards.
