Looking for a Finance Head / Financial Controller to manage finance, accounts, compliances and secretarial work. Candidate should have strong finance knowledge and preferably some exposure to secretarial practices.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Finance Head / Financial Controller, located in Delhi, India . The Finance Head / Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, financial reporting, budgeting, overall financial management and secretarial work. This role requires strong analytical skills to provide strategic financial insights, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The candidate will work closely with the executive team to identify financial strategies that optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle accounting, MIS, budgeting, and audits.
Manage banking, treasury, and compliance matters.
Support in ROC filings, Board resolutions, and statutory compliance (preferred).
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management.
Profile Required
Qualification: CS with MBA Finance / M.Com with strong finance knowledge (CA preferred)
Experience: 3–4 years in Finance/Accounts/Compliance.
Exposure to secretarial work / company law will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication & coordination skills.
