Job description
Requirements:
1. 1-5 years of sourcing /Screening experience in US is must.
2. Strong command of English (100%)
3. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals
4. Familiarity with ATS platforms like Jobvite (optional)
5. Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and collaboration tools like Teams/Webex
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source relevant profiles using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
2. Review and share suitable profiles aligned with job descriptions.
3. Submit shortlisted candidates to the Client recruitment team for further evaluation.
4. Coordinate with the Client on JD calibration calls to better understand hiring needs.
