Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Daily tasks will include creating sales pitches, presenting business solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs. The role also involves market research, analysis of industry trends, and contribution to long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience in sales, business development, and strategic planning
Market research, analytics, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Proficiency in creating compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Understanding of integrated marketing communication and media insights
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in a communication agency or a similar field is a plus
