Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi NCR for an Assistant Manager Business Development. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. Responsibilities include market research, creating business proposals, identifying potential clients, maintaining ongoing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will also contribute to designing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Development, including market research, client acquisition, and relationship building
Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Communication, and Negotiation Skills
Ability to develop impactful presentations and business proposals
Strong Organizational, Planning, and Time Management skills
Experience in the education sector is a plus
Proven teamwork, leadership abilities, and readiness to work on-site in Delhi
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
