Job Responsibilities
1.Must have good experience in handling Payroll,Attendance & Statutory Compliance & Compensation
2. Maintain salary details of employees including all break ups
3. Calculate amounts of deductions like PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS or other deduction.
4. Ensure receipt of all supporting documents related to Full & Final Settlement.
5. Timely and accurate filing of various returns like PF, ESI, PT and ETC
6. Knowledge of Allowances and Perks
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel
8. Proficient with statutory compliance
9. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
10. Strong analytical, problem-solving & time management
