Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and ensuring the successful hiring of talent. If you have a passion for recruitment and want to help build a talented team, we would love to meet you at our walk-in drive

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the recruitment process from job posting to final offer

Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews

Coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach

Scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers

Maintaining candidate database and records

Assisting with onboarding new employees

Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment (Up to 5 years)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, other job boards, etc.)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with IT recruitment
