Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment process
Sourcing candidates through various channels
Screening and shortlisting resumes
Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates
Maintaining recruitment databases

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms
