Job Title: HR Recruiter - Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to support our bulk hiring initiatives. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates in large volumes across various roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage high-volume recruitment, multitask, and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for bulk hiring, from job posting to onboarding.
Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to source a large volume of candidates for various roles.
Screening and Shortlisting: Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and feedback.
Bulk Hiring Projects: Execute and manage recruitment drives, job fairs, and other large-scale hiring campaigns.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with hiring managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Analysis: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring/recruitment.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques for large-scale hiring.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage a large number of applicants and ensure quality screening.
Tools: Familiarity with job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with high-volume recruitment for tech, BPO, or other fast-paced industries.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
