Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related fields. As an HR Assistant, you will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks, helping to create a positive work environment and ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and HR databases (both physical and digital)
Assist with benefits administration, including health insurance, leave management, etc.
Support training and development programs (scheduling sessions, preparing materials, etc.)
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Assist with payroll preparation and timesheet management
Prepare and maintain HR reports (attendance, leave balances, etc.)
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
Perform general administrative tasks (filing, documentation, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
