We are seeking an experienced Tender Executive to lead our tendering efforts in the Environmental sector like water & Waste water treatment, Chemical treatment, machine maintenance ,Coal handling, Environmental monitoring, EIA study, Sewage Treatment plant, Solid Waste management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in the GeM Potal, various Govt Portals, and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously. The person should have in-depth knowledge in tender document, Tender conditions and should have flair for reading the tender documents and grasping the contents of the documents quickly and preparation of Bidding documents for tendering process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Searching & Identify and analyze new tender opportunities in the Environmental sector from Various Portals.
* Understanding of pre-qualification criteria of tender. Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and bids in accordance with client requirements
* Preparing and maintaining the tender status workflow sheet.
* Reviewing the Pre-qualification, Scope & Payment Terms of each tender.
* Coordinate with internal teams (technical, commercial, HR and operational) to gather necessary information and inputs.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and pricing
* Preparing estimation & costing as per the BOQ.
* Preparing & verifying the technical bid before submission.
* Co-ordinating with client and negotiation & finalize with Client.
* Interacting with the operation team to make solution for the tender scope
* Following up the tender till receiving the work order, executing the security deposit
* Contract agreement and transfer the work to execution team
Requirements:
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Desirable:
1. Experience with government tenders, PSU tenders.
2. Knowledge of tendering software and tools (e.g., Tender Tiger, GeM Portal)
3. Certification in tendering, procurement.
