Key Requirements:
* 0 to 4 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong interest in HR are welcome)
* Fluency in Telugu and good communication in English is mandatory
* Experience or interest in non-IT / bulk hiring will be an added advantage
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment activities
