β Stay updated on market trends & benchmarks

πΉ 1β5 years of experience in domestic hiring (Non-IT)
πΉ Proficiency in sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
πΉ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
πΉ Hands-on experience with ATS & MS Office
πΉ Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Admin, or related
