Coimbatore..Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing channels.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
Work on Contract, and Full-Time requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding.
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Achieve individual hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.

18th September - 30 September , 2.00 PM - 6.00 PM
Qualification: Any Degree/ Diploma Freshers
Work Shift Timings : UK - 12.30-9.30PM
Direct Walkin: From 2 PM to 6 PM on weekdays
