What We're Looking For:
6 months - 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment
Hands-on experience in End-to-End Recruitment
Experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri, Linkedln, Foundit,
etc.
Good understanding of IT job roles and technical skills
Strong communication and candidate-handling skills
Ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and source relevant IT profiles
Screen and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
Drive candidates through the complete recruitment cycle
