We are looking for a passionate and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and interpersonal skills.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
Maintain candidate database and ensure timely communication.
Manage onboarding formalities.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (contract or permanent staffing).
Strong understanding of various technologies and IT roles.
Proficient in using job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
