Job Description

ROLE: Talent Acquisition Intern

DURATION: 3 Months (90 days)

LOCATION: HCLTech, MIHAN SEZ, Nagpur

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

MBA appeared (HR specialization must)

Excellent English Communication Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Words

Basic knowledge of HR concepts (primarily Recruitment & Onboarding)

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a Work-From-Office internship program (Mon to Sat, 10am to 7pm)

WFH is not allowed

Internship certificate will be issued post successful completion of the program

LOR (letter of recommendation) is a must from College/ Institution

This is an immediate requirement

This is an unpaid internship program

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Intern would be responsible to assist with all kind of Talent Acquisition related work in the office, which may include, but not restricted to the following:

Assist recruiters with day-to-day recruitment processes and other hiring activities

Screen candidates and check for fitment as per JD

Reach out to potential candidates for checking job fitment and interest levels

Source competent candidates from job portals, social media and other platforms to match the JD

Keep an eye for detail and find out unfit/ fake candidates from the candidate pool

Should be abreast with latest employment news and keep knowledge about the job market including competitors

Should have immaculate emailing skills to handle multiple stakeholders

Update all data trackers and MIS for reporting purposes

Ensure all hiring related compliances are maintained and no errors are made

Ensure highest level of confidentiality at work w.r.t. any candidate data, documents and company processes

Ensure positive candidate experience w.r.t. the hiring process

Update RM (reporting manager) on time to time progress on the assigned tasks

Assist with Walkin recruitment drives in and out of office and handled end-to-end work responsibilities

Should be able to work with team and also work as an individual contributor from time-to-time

Maintain candidate CVs and keep a log of all the data in the master tracker

Maintain any company asset issued like Laptop, Desktop, Headphones, Stationery, etc
