Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Skills;
Candidate sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, )
Screening and interviewing candidates.
Full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end hiring).
On boarding and orientation processes.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills;
Building rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiation and conflict resolution (e.g., salary discussions).
Networking and relationship management.
Dealing with Vendors for recruitment activities.
Analytical & Organizational Skills;
Tracking recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
Workforce planning and forecasting.
Data-driven decision-making using tools like Excel or recruitment dashboards.
Tools & Technology;
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Job advertising tools (Indeed, Naukri, Glassdoor, etc.).
Soft Skills;
Empathy and active listening.
Organizational and multitasking skills.
Problem-solving in fast-paced environments
Final year (MBA-HR,Marketing)
