Building Talent Pipelines:
Developing and maintaining a database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement:
Reaching out to potential candidates, introducing them to the company and open roles, and assessing their initial qualifications.
Pre-screening Candidates:
Evaluating resumes and profiles to determine if candidates meet the basic requirements for specific roles.
Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers:
Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities, and to ensure a smooth transition of qualified candidates.
Maintaining Accurate Records:
