1. Manage staff-level hiring for all units
2. Oversee job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
3. Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Sourcing
- Screening
- Interviewing
4. Arrange interview schedules with concerned departments
5. Explore free job portals related to garments and textiles
