About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. Based on performance, this role has the potential to be converted into a full-time position after 3 months.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate databases.
Able to conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain records of candidate interactions and interview results.
Support other HR functions as needed (onboarding, documentation etc.)
Learn and adapt to HR best practices and compliance guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree(preferably with HR / Business Administration or relevant background)
Strong in recruitment and human resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of job portals and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
