Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform detailed background checks including criminal history, education verification, employment history and reference check.
2. Review resumes, applications, and other documents to verify the accuracy of the information provided by candidates.
3.Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
4.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all background checks and verifications conducted.
5.Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
6.Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing any issues, concerns, or queries promptly.
